One of my single port powerline adaptors has no lights showing . I have tried re booting it and resetting it with no luck so I am now using a long ethernet cable to connect the router and youview box and the on demand service is working again . I have contacted talktalk for a replacement one ( The system is only a week old ] I first tried the talktalk shop customer services no help there as I purchased these through "my account " . So I had to phone the faultline and I have to wait 5 days and phone again as there is a problem with the system . In all today I have been on the phone for 2 hours and feel that the whole customer services experience is a joke .
