Re: How do I backup (copy) my talktalk e-mail folders??

You need to use a mail client to fetch the mail from the server, like windows mail, Outlook or the very good free thunderbird client.

The client will download your messages/folders to your own computer for reading off line, so once you have them on your computer you can easily back them up.

It is not possible to back them up when accessed via webmail in a web browser.

There are other free mail clients as well as thunderbird;

you have to save a copy of the original folders to a location of your choice...

EDIT: or do it the lazy way with a free mail back up programme;
