I sent off a letter of complaint to TalkTalk on 23rd July 2013 to the following address:
TalkTalk Correspondence Dept.
PO Box 360,
It has been over 5 weeks now and I haven't received a reply.
Is it possible for someone on here to confirm that TalkTalk have received my letter?

I have located your letter, it was received in July and placed in the complaints queue, I have asked the complaints team to pick it up and respond ASAP.
