I pay for the fibre65 but only get average 39 download and 11.4 upload at best. I used to get nearly 70mbs

I have tried switching off the router for 20 mins that worked in the past but no longer works. The lowest I got was 4mbs

Morning,

I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault, however I can see that the sync speed has dropped and there has also been re-connections on the line which can affect the speed. Does your main socket have a test socket please?
