    <description>&lt;P&gt;My new broadband has been set up today and ı have been informed that ı need to upload the app which called eero to use the internet but when ı tried to upload it ı found out the telephone needs to be updated for ios 13 but iphone 5s which is mine is not suitable for this update so this broadband is not good for me and ı need your urgent help because ı am now using my own internet and ı need to solve this problem asap thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I assume that as you have the Eero router, you are on Future Fibre?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All support for Future Fibre is done via:-&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The normal TalkTalk support for the Community (old OCEs) have no access to Future Fibre. However, they are getting trained up on this, so it looks like they will have access soon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
