Problem with router - slowing down and dropping

hi. I think something wrong is happening with my router huawei. Since the beginning its behaviour is suspicious. Every time I try to upload large files to Google drive - the internet slows down badly so it is almost impossible to send the files. Same situation when browsing the pages. Sometimes the Internet is dropping and connection coming back after couples of minutes. I saw on the forum it is common problem with this router. Could be faulty? Is there any other router from talk talk?

I'm sorry to hear this.

I've ordered a different router for testing and a returns bag, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

Let us know how the connection compares with this router.

Thank you Debbie. Really appreciate it! The new router arrived very quickly and it is working very well… no internet dropping and slowing down anymore. It also works much faster. The old router has been sent back as requested.
