      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/475145"&gt;@pads1964&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What model of router do you have ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What VPN software are you using ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For one of the TalkTalk staff on this community to be able to look into this you will need to update your &lt;A href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info" target="_blank"&gt;community profile&lt;/A&gt; to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on &amp;amp; an alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hmm, this seems to be happening to quite a few people, that is a new version of firmware for that router, and several people that are using the windows VPN seem to be having issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The staff here will be able to pick this up tomorrow, they may just suggest that they send you a new router of a different model.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They normally take 24-48 hours to arrive, and they do &lt;EM&gt;sometimes&lt;/EM&gt; arrive on Saturdays and Sundays too, so hopefully you would get it pretty quickly if the staff do think that a replacement router is the best course of action.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
