My B/B speed

Via wi-fi :-ping 904 ms. Download <1Mbps, upload 9Mbps! Line speed- down 39Mbps up >9Mbps

Does that point to something wrong in my router? It's been perfect for a couple of years with D/L ~30Mbps. Any suggestions? TT line test says 'all is good'....

Your line is showing in sync at 40mb.

Please can you power down the router for a full 30 minutes and then run another speed test?

Yes, I know synch is 40... Ethernet link gives 32Mbps down and 6 up. I'll reset router shortly. While I'm at it, what's involved in getting a fixed IP? I have multiple wi fi cameras that fail when my router IP changes...

If the throughput speed doesn't increase following the 30 minute power down then we can send a replacement router.

We don't provide a static IP for residential services.
