      <description>&lt;P&gt;i have been told since a recent firmware update the superfast hubs will not allow some people to connect via a works vpn, im currently working from home and am unable to connect to my works server, can i get a new router sent out&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The vpn is set up through windows by out IT department&amp;nbsp; It works while connnecting to family members Sky and Vodafone, Wifi and mobile phone hot spot, but connect at home via my talk talk router.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok, there have been several customers that have had issues using the built in windows VPN with the new Sagemcom firmware, the staff here may just suggest that they send you a router of a different type (the Huawei Hub).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I have ordered you a different router, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Let us know how the connection compares with this router.&lt;/P&gt;
