the transformer for our talktalk modem has failed.

The transformer for our talktalk router has failed. I checked its output with a meter and reads 0v instead of 12v. Am temporarily using an old compatible transformer of my own. Need a talktalk replacement please.

Hi @Suecp,

The staff here will be able to help when they return tomorrow, they can't send out power supplies by themselves, but they can send the whole router package (with power supply and cables).

I will need to send a replacement router which will include new cables and a returns bag for your current router. Will this be ok?
