Hello,

I am trying to sign up to talk talk, I had an account two years ago. It will not let me sign up as a new customer and when I log in it states that I am disconnected but will not show me any way to sign up again?

Hi Beth

You need to register for a new customer MyAccount and this requires your new customer account number and additionally you must use a different email address to the one previously registered.

You will need to sign up again, and I would suspect that you will need to use a different email address.
