      <description>&lt;P&gt;I moved house and was disconnected on the 26/11/21 I was supposed to be re connected on 30/11/21 It is now 16/12/21 and I am still not connected. I am being fobbed off every time I ring up. Just about had enough.......&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We got SKY glass just before we moved and have now not even been able to watch TV as we have no internet. Every time I speak with somebody on the phone they just fob me off with another connection date. It has been 18 days now since connection should have&amp;nbsp; started...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
