What version are you currently on, do you have any specific issues that you are hoping the upgrade will resolve ?

I've checked and the router has the most recent version of firmware. Are you experiencing any issues with your connection?

I'm currently on SG4K100130, the issues I'm having is random lag spikes and the service centre does not recognise my router as a talktalk router.

Ok, so that is the newest firmware for that router, in fact it is very new, it is in the process of rolling out to customers at the moment. Are you seeing lag on wired or wireless connections, or both.

Thanks for confirming. As advised this is the newest version of firmware, this may be why Service Centre has not identified that this has been updated as yet. Do you experience the latency when connected wired?
