      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok, so that is the newest firmware for that router, in fact it is very new, it is in the process of rolling out to customers at the moment. Are you seeing lag on wired or wireless connections, or both.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for confirming. As advised this is the newest version of firmware, this may be why Service Centre has not identified that this has been updated as yet. Do you experience the latency when connected wired?&lt;/P&gt;
