I cannot load https websites

Dear Experts,

I cannot load https websites when I'm conneced to Talktalk internet connection.

Example of website I cannot load: https://www.lloydsbank.com/

I did the following:
- Clear browser's cache
- Browser update
- Router reboot
- Temporarily turned off homesafe and kidsafe
- Ensure date and time and timezone of my laptop are correct

When I use another internet connection, I can open all https websites.

Example: If I disconnect from Talktalk and I connect to my mobile hotspot connection, I can open https websites.

My router is: Huawei HG633

Please advise.

Can I just confirm, have you also tried powering down the router for a full 30 minutes as this will reset the current session?
