Not received gift card when should have

I still have no received my voucher and it has been past 90 days now, I was hoping to get this before 23rd of December as I am really struggling and was going to use it to help towards getting my Christmas food! I’m really disappointed. I’ve tried to contact talk talk through live chat but not getting any help

. 38 weeks pregnant and really stressed out my Christmas is ruined now.

don’t promise a voucher after 90 days of it isn’t going to be sent on time.

been told to wait another 30 days for it, I’m not willing to wait that long. I’m due it now.

feel like I’ve been scammed.
