Hi, I'm constantly having to turn my router off and on again, this is even after changing settings as directed by talktalk's website via the router login, I think it was the channel.

I'm still getting slow speeds unless i turn it off then on then it goes back up for a day or so then I have to do it again.

There's nothing in the routers way, it's close enough to where I need it and it's plugged direct into the wall rather than an extension socket so I'm now at a loss but can't find a way to send a message to talktalk to find a way to sort it out, thanks.

Hi @James_79

What model of router do you have ?

Do you have devices connected both 'wired' and 'wireless', if so do they all suffer the same problem ?

For one of the TalkTalk staff on this community to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on & an alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.

Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile.

Then they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.
