    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We moved to the new house and took the old router with us.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The broadband doesn't work despite the line being fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I request a new router please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jenia&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Are you able to plug a landline phone into the line and call 17070 to confirm that the line is active and has the phone number you expect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do the light(s) show on your router when you connect it ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Staff here will be able to pick this up, hopefully on 29th, if you still need their help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
