Wifi has been down for an hour! The router has a white light and it shows has full bars when connected to devices but nothing works. Every time I do a test it shows no fault but every device is not working. I have checked everything and restarted several times and nothing is wrong. It was working perfectly fine then suddenly went out at 7pm. On twitter it looks like others have the same problem is north west London. I have tried calling and live chatting but it says customer service shuts even though it says they shut at 7 and I’ve been trying for the past hour!
