Where can I access the live chat?? I can find the opening hours but then no link to the actual chat function!

Make sure that any pop up or ad blockers are disabled, or try a different browser. Which one are you using?

I had some weird blocking thing on, which I hadn't realised! It was very strange as I could see everything last week!
