So I have received an email by TalkTalk saying that my Engineer Appointment has been changed to the 11th January 2022 but an engineer has already been here on the 7th January 2022. I don't know what to do as it is tomorrow and I have not made any appointments...

There's nobody on here to help you overnight, @tirathsingh, from staff, but they are often on here first thing.

If you don't see a response before 9am, phone or use Chat, as they open then.
