&lt;P&gt;The bill is being generated as the last payment was rejected (before Customer service cleared it in November) so admin fees have been applied.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The balance is now zero, so you will receive 1 more bill showing a zero balance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
