&lt;P&gt;I'm showing services were ceased yesterday via an external order, have you asked another provider or BT etc to take over your services.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/392972"&gt;@Stevenbellshaw&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What model of router do you have ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What light(s) do you have showing on the router ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have both wired and wireless devices, have they all lost internet access ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have a landline phone, is that still working normally ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The TalkTalk staff on this community will be able to help, they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
