Hi stoney1971

Thank you. I've checked the connection stats and your line is in sync at 65.5mb.

Please can you power down your router for a full 30 minutes and then run another speed test once the router has been switched back on?

Ok no problem. The throughput speed should increase following the 30 minute power down of the router.

Please let us know how you get on.

Thanks

I'm so glad to hear that the speed has increased and apologies that this wasn't suggested by our Faults Team.

If you do experience any further issues then please post back here and we will look into this for you.
