PS5 Lagging Unbearably / Dropping Connection

Hi,

For the last couple of months my gaming experience has got worse and worse to the point I can't play anything online anymore.

From reading other user's posts, it appears to be due to 'Wifi Optimisation'.

Please can someone from the support team please switch this off for me?

The WIFI optimisation has now been switched off, please let us know how the connection compares.
