      <title>Unable to access company VPN</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have worked from home for the past 2 years no problem. Since a week ago i cannot access the VPN. Internal IT are suggesting it is the router which i have managed to order and receive a new router however the problem persists. I have seen another post where changes were made to the firmware and it has sorted the issue. I currently have&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Firmware Version:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;SG4K100130 on my device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;PLEASE HELP&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Debbie,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When i first called up on Monday I was told i was being sent a Huawei Super Router and i was charged £30 for this only for a Sagecom Home Hub to be received yesterday. I spend 2 hours on the phone only to be told that the Huawei router was not offered anymore which i was obviously not too please about as i had paid for something which i already had.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can we try a firmware update firstly?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then if that does not work the other router option i suppose we try.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
