I am trying to upgrade to the Advertised price but there is no where on this site that lets you do this as i need to know before trying another provider if i do not get a response.

Hi @Ani1234 have you tried the customer loyalty team on 03451720046? You might get a pleasant surprise but watch out for TV being added (unless you want it)
