    <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to cancel my broadband. Got transferred to customer service departments around 2 hours and 40 mins ago. The hold music has stopped and I can hear what sounds like breathing but nobody responds when I say hello. So likely, nobody has picked up as the call hasn't hung up yet. I tried the live chat, but the agent has stopped responding and my messages won't send. How am I supposed to cancel and get help when nobody in the customer service department answers their phone and the live chat person stops replying?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
