Hi there,

I'm having issues with my router switching channels automatically. I believe this is due to 'Wifi optimisation' - when its's on Channel 11 everything is great but it seems determined to switch me to channel 1 at which point I get issues!

Could WiFi optimisation be switched off please? I understand this needs to be done remotely. I don't have a setting in the Router settings. Firmware is SG4K10002816t

Hi @Legfitter,

Yes, the staff here will be able to switch Wi-Fi Optimisation off for you, it can only be done remotely by the staff here, you can't change the setting yourself. Once this is done your router will stay on whatever channel you set it to. They will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow to help.
