      <description>&lt;P&gt;No faceplate not removed would need unscrewing first I have just received a text from talk talk that an engineer will be sent to check fault next 2-3 days if you are asking me to take the test socket cover off i can try&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I have passed this straight over to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer and we should receive further updates from Openreach within the next 48-72hrs.&lt;/P&gt;
