      <title>Help with new order activation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted TalkTalk and ordered over the phone, order no. 00368628&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The rep I spoke to said that his system shows as me not having FTTP installed, but I already do with another ISP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to leave my current ISP and move to TalkTalk while I am still in my cooling off period with my current ISP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, he informed me that an engineer visit will be taking place to install fibre etc, in April which is not needed since I already have FTTP, and this would also mean I would be way over my cooling period or without internet for a long time if I cancel and wait.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could someone help me with this, and also how handover of the line will be done (Do I need to contact current ISP or will TalkTalk?)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Who is your current ISP and over which network infrastructure is the FTTP provided ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TT may not use the same network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you wish to cancel in your cooling off period I suspect you will need to do so directly with your current ISP, you need to read their Ts and Cs carefully too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been told that for a line takeover, an engineer visit is still required. Could you confirm if this is the case and what this involves?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ideally I would like the line takeover to happen asap, and current isp are aware and waiting.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
