£80 Voucher - over 90 days and heard nothing

When I signed up for Broadband on 31st October 2021 via a comparison site I was promised an £80 Amazon voucher within 90 days of my service start date (15th November). I've heard nothing since apart from an initial email saying I would receive details of how to claim my voucher within 90 days. Can you look into this for me please?

Please keep an eye on your spam/junk mail folders for an email from giftcloud.
