Hello

I have signed up to another broadband provider and would like to cancel my TalkTalk contract - it runs out on March 7 anyway.
I want to do it in writing - not by phone - and I'm unable to find any email address to use.

Is this message sufficient notification for you?

Contracts CANNOT be cancelled through the forum.

You can cancel in writing or by phoning but not by email.

The address is in the Ts and Cs

This suggests that there is some way of contacting you via the link provided, but all I see on that page is answers to questions and a link to this forum. Am I missing something here? It seems very, very odd that the only way I can cancel a contract is by post or by phone.

It really is simplest if you ring, and it will be processed more quickly than sending a letter.

Sorry that you are leaving.

The easiest way to cancel would have been to ask the new supplier to take the existing number from us, your account with us would cancel when the new supplier activates their service.

I can see there is now a cancel request going through.
