      <description>&lt;P&gt;The router is on with a white light but it doesn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Devices can connect to it and occasionally it works but then speed test gives good download but zero upload and reports 'failure to connect'&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Phone number updated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have received a message that engineers have located and cured problem. Trouble is that nothing has changed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Connection is intermittent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When connected download is at full speed but then upload is at 0.00 and connection is dropped.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please will you escalate this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK thanks. Could you switch your router off and leave it off for at least 30 minutes then switch back on and monitor to see if there's any improvement. Please let us know how you get on&lt;/P&gt;
