Not sure which forum to use so I thought I would post here, my problem is this,I found a btter priced offer with another isp and have started the change,BUT the activation date I have now is the 9th of March,I have had a letter saying the talktalk service will end on the 4th of march!!!!! the new isp can't give me a earlier date so is it at all possible for talktalk to extend my service until then???

Hi Harleygjc,

Thanks for answering the security questions. I've checked our end and everything seems to be saying that your service with us will only cease on the 9th, so it looks to be OK

Thanks for confirming that, I've no idea why the letter stated the 4th,as long as I know the service will not stop 5 days early that's fine!
