Hi everyone, I don't really know where else to complain about this because the troubleshooting section is not helping and live chat is not loading. I'm consistently getting under 1mbps with my broadband (wireless and wired) and BT are constantly outside fixing the same fault every couple of weeks.

As TalkTalk are not giving me the guaranteed 13mbps or even anything close to that, my understanding is that I can legally terminate the contract early if they don't fix it (they've continuosly failed to do so). I've just had enough really, it's practically unusable.

What is the procedure for going about this? I want to get onto a mobile broadband connection asap but not doing it whilst still paying for an almost non-existent broadband connection.

Many thanks

Please can you add your name and TalkTalk landline number to your Community Profile, I can then take a look at this for you.
