      <title>Broadband equipment has not arrived</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My installation is meant to be happening this afternoon but my router has not arrived and it was expected to be here before the weekend. If I log into my account I either get an error message or a blank page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Ok thanks for confirming. I'd recommend contacting the Future Fibre Team directly via Live Chat as they will be able to look into this for you. I've included a help guide below which has the live chat link at the bottom of the page and they are available from 9am today.&lt;/P&gt;
