      <title>Replacement Router Missing in transit</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I spoke to technical support on 1 March about my internet and home phone no longer working.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;They confirmed I needed a new router and that one would be sent out within 24-48 hours.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Nothing has arrived to date.&amp;nbsp; Spoke to Lisa in Tech Support yesterday who confirmed an issue with the delivery company.&amp;nbsp; She said she was re-ordering the router for me.&amp;nbsp; But I haven't received any sort of confirmation email so would like this checked as I have been without internet for 8 days already. Can someone check to make sure the order has gone through properly this time and my router is definitely going to arrive?!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
