TT do not supply power cables on their own.

Hopefully a staff member will arrange a replacement router pack, but be aware they do not normally work at weekends so calling 0345 172 0088 or using Live Chat may get a faster resolution.

Okay thank you! Yes I’ve damaged both power cable and the one coming out the bt box, I’ll try contact them.

I spoke to live chat and they said they would send me the two wires I needed but today I’ve received an Ethernet cable, that isn’t what I needed, I need a power cable for the talk talk router and the cable that goes between the BT box on the wall and the router, can you help?

@KadieJade97 staff member @Anonymous should be able to arrange a replacement router with all the necessary cables and power supply.

You will need to return the old router.

EXACTLY what model of router/hub do you currently have ?
