    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/344417"&gt;@manhattan_24&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This seems to be happening to quite a few people at the moment, best thing to do would be to call the 'loyalty team' on&amp;nbsp;0345 172 0088, they will be able to sort it out, and you may even be able to negotiate a better deal with them than you were offered online.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you call that number you may have to listen to some recorded messages, but then just ask for the loyalty team.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently my broadband contract expired, so I received an email from TalkTalk with 3 options.&amp;nbsp; I clicked on the link for the second option which was to upgrade to the Fibre65 deal.&amp;nbsp; However, I haven't been moved onto it yet and still appear to be on the old package.&amp;nbsp; I didn't get a confirmation email, so I'm wondering if something went wrong?&amp;nbsp; Could you please look into this?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
