      <description>&lt;P&gt;was going to switch provider to shell because of the terrible speed I was getting from TalkTalk&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;shell promised 17Mbs maybe 36 Mbs but then TalkTalk phoned my mobile&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and said I would never get 36 but possibly 17 using my current phone line&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also said if I canceled shell I would get&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;new cheaper 12 months contract 17 Mbs&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;new better router&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;well new cheaper price has not started yet although the package shows new&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;speed is still miserable 9 Mbs like before&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and no new router just appalling broadband speed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;fiber is supposed to be coming but no one knows when&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am registered with openreach.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems to me like you are stuck on an old ADSL broadband service which may only be able to reach the speeds you are currently getting. No supplier on the Openreach network can do better than any other. They should give an accurate estimate for your address, sadly it seems that both Shell and TalkTalk have resorted to the somewhat unscrupulous tactic of quoting "up to," or maximum figures.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This has been flagged to the support team for you, they can check and advise on the performance of your line.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;ok seems better now was getting 9 Mbs but since optimization router settings says 13 Mbs&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;could not get Talk Talk speed check to work ethernet or wi-fi so did a google speed check that said 10 Mbs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sunday speed went to 3 Mbs so had to reset the router then it went back to 10 Mbs&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Monday speed went to 5 Mbs so had to reset the router twice 1st&amp;nbsp; time no change, 2cnd reset was back to 10 Mbs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I usually have to reset the router once a month to keep getting reasonable speed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;with the new contract, I was promised a new router but nothing has arrived yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but the speed seems better although not getting 17 Mbs as promised,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
