      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been out of contract some time now and have received an email offering Fast Broadband with Unlimited UK Calls. However, when I attempt to take up the offer it says:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"line check shows you aren't able to upgrade to the selected TalkTalk package" even though it was offered to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am now stuck with very expensive monthly payments.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a cheaper contract that IS available to me?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Schistereo&lt;/P&gt;</description>
