TT do not supply extenders, some were supplied for customers with TV boxes as part of that package.

You can purchase these wired extenders from the TT store.

If you want to have WiFi upstairs you'll have to purchase suitable equipment from the likes of Argos, Currys, Ebay or Amazon.
