      <description>&lt;P&gt;After an atrocious experience calling customer service / tech support today regarding this (and no callback as of yet from the supervisor I was told to expect one from), I'm posting here to ask, since it seems that other customers on these forums here have had a pleasant, straightforward experience. I simply need to have my Huawei&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;DG8041W router replaced with a router that will allow me to open ports 80 and 443, such as the Sagemcom ones that other customers have had sent to them concerning this problem with the Huawei routers.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks and regards&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
