WiFi slow down and ping issues

I am using Sagemcom FAST 5364.
It used to be normal speed, without any ping problems (ping was around 30-40ms)

Now WiFi speed is so slow, not only even I can't watch Youtube, but also ping is unstable.

I turned it off and on, turn on WPS, changed DNS server few times.

Any other solutions for this I can fix myself at home?
