      <title>VPN and Online Gaming Not Connecting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have fibre broadband with the following router:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;version&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;SG4K100130&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Everything was working fine until night before last - appears that a new firmware was applied to the router, and since then I've been unable to connect to my work's VPN (timesout), also, son has had issues with online gaming.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Have restarted the router, checked DNS settings. I'm an IT Manager so reasonably comfortable making these changes and diagnosing such issues.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Feels like certain ports are being blocked, despite firewall rules.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Normal web browsing is ok (although I would say it's slightly slower than normal), also had Zoom connection drop outs yesterday morning which may or may not be linked.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Nothing else on the network has changed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Future firmware updates should work fine but you shouldn't automatically&amp;nbsp;be updated to 130 again&lt;/P&gt;
