&lt;P&gt;Could you let us know if this is resolved?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If staff don't catch this today, it will be after the weekend before you hear back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Fibre 65 Problems</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Speed dropped to 15 - 25 Mbps for about 5 days now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Line Tests identified fault but no updates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also tried to connect to wofo in upstairs room for 1st time and it does not work!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone Customer Service either told you are closed (although supposed to be open according to&amp;nbsp; advertised times)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Customer Service seem more interested in trying to persuade me to upgrade package than correcting technical issues with package I have.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not Happy!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
