    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot connect to my work VPN since this morning and had to use my mobile hotspot for work today. I have tried turning off &amp;amp; resetting the router but no luck. I can see that similar posts have been raised by other users in the last 2 days and have been resolved by the Support Team with some firmware update. Can this one be looked at too ASAP please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/484188"&gt;@SplatPro&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have the Sagemcom Wi-Fi Hub ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, if you go to the router login screen at&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://192.168.1.1/" target="_blank"&gt;http://192.168.1.1/&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;what 'version' does it show towards the bottom of the screen (it will start with '&lt;SPAN&gt;SG4K').&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Support Team here probably won't be around now until Monday, but they should be able to respond to this post early next week to help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your router FW is 2816, this is the not the firmware version that can cause an issue with VPN.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Were you previously able to connect to VPN?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
