Loyalty is rewarded when you complete a contract and look to renew. So the best tip is to look and compare price and service near to the end of a contract and then use the competitive pricing to negotiate a deal with the Loyalty / Retentions team.

The early termination fees are less than the monthly price for broadband if you really want to leave.

Calls to Customer Services including Better value contract renewals and cancellations on 0345 172 5157, if you're thinking of leaving, and Future Fibre enquiries on 0345 172 0074 are free from a TalkTalk home 'phone but otherwise are at a standard landline call rate.

For calls to Customer Service agents from a mobile, use 0203 441 5550 or to contact TalkTalk Mobile it's 0800 458 5331.

TalkTalk supports the Text Relay Service: It's 18001 then 0345 172 0088.

I currently have a 24 month contract with talktalk which is over half way through, I am now thinking of changing providers after being with TalkTalk for over 7 years I have found a cheaper and better reviewed Provider.

My Question is this: Will I be charged for leaving my contract early even though I have been a loyal customer with TalkTalk, I've always paid my bills, Have renewed contracts every time they have ran out, I have the current top package available and have had that since it was available in my area which has been around 6 years now. Is there some kind of loyalty thing where the cancellation fee's are not applicable and I don't have to pay considering my customer loyalty up until now.
