Morning,

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which is clear. The connection also looks stable for 48hrs. How has the connection/stability been since your last post?

Thanks

Hi. Over past few days, internet has been dropping out. Reboots sometimes help but a few hours later off it goes again. This has been going on since Wednesday. What are next steps?

If the external internet connection is dropping, what does the router light(s) show ?

Check the phoneline for noise and correct operation.

Disconnect any equipment other than the router, including extensions.

Try another microfilter if using one.

If not, remove the faceplate and locate the test socket (if fitted) connect a microfilter into that socket then the router to the other end of the filter, that eliminates all extensions and a faulty faceplate.
