    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can appreciate how frustrating it is not to be able to create any talktalk.net email address at the current time. But on the other hand there are free mail services like Gmail / Yahoo Mail / Aol Mail that you can use as your MyAccount login and for password recovery and that do not get deleted or cost you a subscription when you leave a broadband service supplier.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Every time&amp;nbsp;I attempt to setup a talk talk email address i am presented with function unavailable. I have&amp;nbsp; spoken to 16 advisors, 3 managers and spent 11 hours on the phone and still they are clueless idiots who could not grab their ass with both hands. Any advice&amp;nbsp; please.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;For some existing home broadband customers the Functions not available error message is a known and long standing fault caused by a wrong flag being set in a customer account module.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This issue awaits a fix and unfortunately that fix is taking a long time to develop.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I assume that this is the error message banner you see in your Manage TalkTalk Mail area of MyAccount?&lt;/P&gt;
